Description
Cold-Rolled Steel Sheet is a high-quality flat rolled product produced by cold rolling with subsequent heat treatment. It features precise geometric dimensions and high surface quality, making it in demand in precision industries.
Production Technology

The manufacturing process includes the following stages:
1.    Preparation of Hot-Rolled Blank: Use of hot-rolled coil as starting material.
2.    Pickling: Removal of scale in acid baths.
3.    Cold Rolling: Multiple reductions on cold rolling mills to the required thickness.
4.    Annealing: Heating in a protective atmosphere to relieve strain hardening stresses.
5.    Skin-Pass Rolling (Temper Rolling): Final thickness calibration and improvement of mechanical properties.
6.    Cutting: Cutting into sheets or coils of required sizes.
7.    Coating Application: Galvanizing, painting, etc.

Characteristics and Assortment
•    Sheet Thickness: from 0.35 to 5.0 mm.
