Production and characteristics of the A3 corrugated rod
The A3 corrugated rod is manufactured by hot rolling with subsequent two-pass application of corrugations from 35GS and 25G2S steel. Corrugation — helical bulges with left and right starts on the rod — adds strength and resistance to loads to the A3 rods.

Characteristics of the corrugated rod:

weight of one meter is 1.58-39.46 kg;
in one ton — 25-632 m;
length — up to 12 m;
resistance time — up to 590 newtons per sq. mm;
yield strength — 390 newtons per sq. mm;
relative elongation — no more than 14%;
rod bending — satisfactory.
