Point:
Description Class A500C Reinforcement is a modern thermomechanically strengthened reinforcing rolled product designed for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures. The marking "C" indicates good weldability of the material, expanding its application possibilities in construction. Production Technology The manufacturing process includes the following stages: 1. Steel Billet Preparation: Low-carbon steel with a controlled chemical composition is used. 2. Heating: The billet is heated in continuous furnaces to a temperature of 1000-1100°C. 3. Thermomechanical Treatment: Combining hot rolling processes with controlled cooling. 4. Profile Forming: Rolling through finishing stands to form a periodic profile. 5. Accelerated Cooling: Forced cooling to fix the metal structure. 6. Cutting and Straightening: Cutting to measured lengths and straightening on straightening machines. Characteristics and Assortment • Diameter Range: 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, 32, 36, 40 mm. • Mechanical Properties: o Yield strength: ≥ 500 MPa. o Tensile strength: ≥ 600 MPa. o Elongation: ≥ 14%. o Ratio σₜ/σ₀.₂: ≥ 1.08. • Mass per 1 meter: from 0.222 kg (Ø6) to 9.87 kg (Ø40). • Supply Length: 11.7 m (measured) or 6-12 m (non-measured).
