Description
The main activity of our company is the production of profile, steel and round pipes on an electric welding mill from strips of our own manufacture. As a raw material for our products, we use rolled steel that has passed factory quality control and fully complies with GOST requirements. The quality of the raw materials used is confirmed by the relevant certificates from manufacturers.

Production of cold-formed seamless pipes
Hot-rolled seamless pipes with a diameter of up to 325 mm serve as blanks for cold-formed pipes. There are three ways to transform one type of rolled pipe into another:

cold rolling in rolls on mills KhPT-32, -55, -90, -250, -450;
cold drawing through dies with a force of 3 to 100 tons;
a combination of rolling and drawing.
The State Standard has established a range of seamless cold-rolled pipes with an outer diameter of 4-280 mm.

Cold-formed steel pipes are divided into:

extra thin-walled;
thin-walled;
thick-walled;
extra thick-walled.
The smaller the wall thickness, the less weight the final structure has, which is important for a number of industries.
