Profiled sheeting with polymer coating
Category: Related products
Point:
Profiled Sheet with Polymer Coating is a steel profiled sheet with a multi-layer protective coating consisting of a zinc layer and a polymer coating. Combines high performance characteristics with decorative properties.
Production Technology
The manufacturing process includes the following stages:
1. Base Preparation: Galvanized steel strip undergoes additional cleaning.
2. Priming: Application of an adhesive primer layer.
3. Applying Polymer Coating:
o Polyester (PE, PЕ) - 25-35 µm.
o Pural (Pural) - 50 µm.
o Plastisol (PVC) - 100-200 µm.
o PVDF - 27 µm.
4. Polymerization: Heating in an oven at 180-220°C to form a protective film.
5. Profiling: Forming the profile on rolling mills.
6. Cutting and Packaging: Cutting into sheets and protective packaging.
Characteristics and Assortment
• Metal Thickness: 0.4-1.2 mm.
• Profile Height: 8-160 mm.
• Useful Width: 600-1250 mm.
• Sheet Length: 0.5-12 meters.
• Zinc Coating Thickness: 100-275 g/m².
• Polymer Coating Thickness: 25-200 µm.
Types of Polymer Coatings
• Polyester (PE): Standard coating, glossy.
• Matty Polyester (MPE): Matte polyester.
• Pural (PUR): Polyurethane coating with increased durability.
• Plastisol (PVC): Plastisol with high coating thickness.
• PVDF: Fluoropolymer premium coating.
Advantages
• Increased Corrosion Resistance.
• Wide Color Range according to RAL, RR.
• Color Fastness to UV radiation.
• Mechanical Strength of the coating.
• Durability (service life up to 50 years).
• Aesthetic Appearance.
Areas of Application
• Roofing Systems: residential and commercial buildings.
• Facade Solutions: ventilated facades, cladding.
• Fencing: premium-class fences, gates.
• Shopping Centers: signs, decoration elements.
• Sports Facilities: complexes, stadiums.
• Private Construction: cottages, country houses.
