Description
The main activity of our company is the production of profile, steel and round pipes on an electric welding mill from strips of our own manufacture. As raw material for our products, we use rolled steel that has passed factory quality control and fully complies with GOST requirements. The quality of the raw materials used is confirmed by the relevant certificates from manufacturers.
Range of seamless hot-deformed pipes
The peculiarity of hot-deformed seamless steel pipes is that they do not have connecting welds, and therefore are able to withstand greater pressure. These types of rolled metal products are produced from steel blanks - tubular, continuously cast, forged or ingot - on piercing, calibrating and reducing mills.
For blanks of seamless pipes, it is allowed to use steel grades and steel alloys: 35V, 40G, 45G, 15Kh, 40Kh, 9Kh1, 20PV, 30KhGSA, 17G1S, 09G2S, 10-20DDD.
Hot-deformed seamless pipes are produced with thick, thin and normal walls. A high-quality pipe has high impact resistance, does not have bulges from bends, and there is no flattening inside its walls.
The outer diameter of seamless pipes is 32-550 mm. Hot-deformed pipes with a diameter of more than 550 mm can be manufactured upon request.
The wall thickness of a seamless pipe can be from 3 to 90 mm. The length of the product is 4-11.9 m.
The weight of 1 running meter. seamless hot-formed steel pipe depends on the wall thickness and diameter and varies from 1.08 to 68.66 kg.
After rolling, the pipes are tested:
for bending,
for expansion;
for flattening;
